Nexus Gaming Terms of Service
1. Introduction
By purchasing, donating, or participating in Nexus Gaming servers, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay updated.


2. Donations & Purchases
- All purchases and donations go directly toward supporting the server and community.
- Purchases are non-transferable between accounts unless explicitly approved by server management.
- Custom packages, perks, or one-of-a-kind items are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 4 days (96 hours) of purchase.
- After 4 days, all purchases are considered final.
- Refunds are not available for custom purchases (e.g., personalized items, unique ranks, or specially requested perks).
- Any attempt to chargeback or dispute payments outside of the refund policy will result in a permanent ban from all Nexus Gaming services.

4. Behavior & Conduct
- Players are expected to follow all community rules in-game, on Discord, and other related platforms.
- Abuse of donations, perks, or ranks may result in removal of said perks without refund.
- Harassment, exploitation, or malicious activity is not tolerated and may result in suspension or permanent removal.

5. Liability
- Nexus Gaming is not responsible for downtime, server outages, or unforeseen technical issues.
- Perks, ranks, and packages may be altered, balanced, or removed at any time for gameplay reasons.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that your purchase is a donation toward server upkeep and community development.

6. Acceptance
- By completing a purchase or donation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from making a purchase.
